Warlock spells in Azeroth Survivors
Warlock can carry up to six spells at once, each ranked up to 8. Every spell casts itself, so the choice is which spells to take from the level-up cards. Numbers below are rank 1 and come from the game's own data.
- Shadow Bolt (projectile, 1.4 sec cooldown): Hits the nearest enemy for 15 damage.
- Corruption (damage over time, 3 sec cooldown): Afflicts 3 enemies in range with 4 damage every second for 10 sec.

- Hellfire (aura, 1 sec cooldown): Every 1 sec, deals 6 damage to every enemy within 7 yd of you.

Warlock F ability
From level 5 Warlock gets Howl of Terror on the F key. Sends enemies within 12 yd fleeing for 4 sec. It recharges in 20 seconds, so it works as an escape when the ring of enemies closes in rather than as damage.
Warlock build tips from the numbers
The game ranks a class's spells by a rough crowd damage per second at rank 1: damage per cast times the enemies it can reach, over its cooldown. For Warlock the top six are Curse of Agony, Corruption, Hellfire, Rain of Fire, Shadow Bolt and Immolate.
Passives that pair with that list: Blessing of Might, Arcane Intellect and Power Word: Fortitude. These are suggestions computed from the numbers, not results from play-testing.
Where Warlock ranks
Warlock is S tier on the Azeroth Survivors tier list. The list is our estimate from the same spell numbers, so it compares the six strongest spells of each class at rank 1; it does not measure health, speed or how hard a class is to play.
How to get Warlock
Pick Warlock on the pick screen before you enter the world. The screen only offers the race and class pairings of the 1.12 game: Human, Gnome, Orc, Undead can be Warlock.
Who should pick Warlock
Warlock suits players who want damage-over-time spells and ground areas that wear a crowd down. Treat it as a pick from the numbers, not from play-testing.
