Druid spells in Azeroth Survivors
Druid can carry up to six spells at once, each ranked up to 8. Every spell casts itself, so the choice is which spells to take from the level-up cards. Numbers below are rank 1 and come from the game's own data.
- Wrath (projectile, 1.2 sec cooldown): Hits the nearest enemy for 13 damage.
- Moonfire (targeted hit, 2 sec cooldown): Hits the 2 nearest enemies for 10 damage, then 3 damage every second for 9 sec.
- Starfire (targeted hit, 4 sec cooldown): Hits the toughest enemy in range for 40 damage.
- Hurricane (ground area, 10 sec cooldown): Covers a 8 yd area on the thickest pack for 7 sec, dealing 7 damage every second, slowing them by 40% for 1.5 sec.
- Insect Swarm (damage over time, 3 sec cooldown): Afflicts 3 enemies in range with 4 damage every second for 10 sec.
- Entangling Roots (damage over time, 6 sec cooldown): Afflicts 4 enemies in range with 2 damage every second for 5 sec, freezing them in place for 4 sec.
- Thorns (thorns, 15 sec cooldown): When enemies close in, deals 8 damage to every attacker for 15 sec.
- Rejuvenation (heal, 15 sec cooldown): Below 85% health, heals you for 30 over 10 sec.
Druid F ability
From level 5 Druid gets Dash on the F key. Speeds you up by 80% for 4 sec. It recharges in 15 seconds, so it works as an escape when the ring of enemies closes in rather than as damage.
Druid build tips from the numbers
The game ranks a class's spells by a rough crowd damage per second at rank 1: damage per cast times the enemies it can reach, over its cooldown. For Druid the top six are Insect Swarm, Hurricane, Wrath, Moonfire, Starfire and Entangling Roots. Thorns and Rejuvenation have no damage figure and are defensive.
Passives that pair with that list: Blessing of Might, Arcane Intellect and Power Word: Fortitude. These are suggestions computed from the numbers, not results from play-testing.
Where Druid ranks
Druid is B tier on the Azeroth Survivors tier list. The list is our estimate from the same spell numbers, so it compares the six strongest spells of each class at rank 1; it does not measure health, speed or how hard a class is to play.
How to get Druid
Pick Druid on the pick screen before you enter the world. The screen only offers the race and class pairings of the 1.12 game: Night Elf, Tauren can be Druid.
Who should pick Druid
Druid suits players who want damage over time, roots and a heal, with a 15 health head start. Treat it as a pick from the numbers, not from play-testing.
